Where JASRAC confirms that a sub-publisher (SP) and Muserk LLC (Muserk Rights Management) have made overlapping claims for mechanical rights related to the use on YouTube in the United States, for the time being, JASRAC will request Muserk LLC (Muserk Rights Management) to withdraw their claim of rights.
If you have a sub-publisher (SP) in the US territory, please make sure that you have registered this with JASRAC’s Documentation Department.
